Participants will shift from treating responsible AI as a set of abstract ideals to seeing how it actually lives—or fails—inside the daily habits, workflows, and power dynamics of their organization. They’ll learn to replace tech-first thinking with a sociotechnical mindset, sense-making practices, and concrete rituals that turn principles into lived behavior. By the end, they’ll know how to redesign their system so responsible AI isn’t a PDF, but a practice embedded in decisions, relationships, organizational and culture.
